Choose your kit
Choose between Black garden or Yellow meadow ants.

Get set up
If selected, your ants and food come with your kit. Set it up and add the food.

Patience is key. Time and calm will see your colony flourish.

Our starter kit comes with everything you need to grow your very own ant colony.

First days
Your first few days will see your queen settle. She will tend to her eggs and meticulously clean and care for them. Keep her away from bangs and bumps to stop her getting stressed.
First weeks
Eggs will turn wriggly, then into pupae. Within weeks you will see your first workers hatch, and you can begin feeding the colony when workers are there.
First months
With food around the clock, you will notice more eggs and workers growing in numbers. Within a few months you can be at 30-40 workers and well on your way to a big colony.
